Inside a Global Production: How We Captured Sourceability’s Story Worldwide
Last year, we had the opportunity to take on one of the most ambitious projects we’ve worked on at Benco.
In partnership with Sourceability, we set out to tell a global story — one that reflects not just what they do, but how consistently they do it, no matter where they are in the world.
Over the course of three months, our team traveled across five cities:
• Salt Lake City, Utah
• Austin, Texas
• Munich, Germany
• Singapore
• Guadalajara, Mexico
Each location gave us a new perspective on the same mission: highlighting Sourceability’s services, their culture, and the high standards they uphold across every office and operation.
What stood out most wasn’t just the scale of the production — it was the consistency. From sourcing to testing, from leadership to culture, Sourceability operates with the same level of precision and care across continents. That became the core of the story we set out to capture.
By the end of the shoot, we had built a deep library of interviews and b-roll — hours of footage that now serves as the foundation for a wide range of content:
• Leadership videos
• Sales and marketing assets
• Client testimonials
• Culture and onboarding content
• Brand films
This kind of project is only possible through true partnership.
By taking the time to understand Sourceability’s business — what sets them apart, how they communicate value, and what matters most to their customers — we were able to work efficiently across multiple locations and translate that into clear, compelling visual storytelling.
Below is one of the videos from the project. It’s a great example of how these stories come together — combining leadership insights, real-world operations, and a consistent brand message across locations.
This project is a reminder of what’s possible when strategy and storytelling align.
We don’t just create content — we build systems that allow organizations to communicate clearly, consistently, and at scale.
If you’re thinking about how to better tell your story across teams, locations, or audiences, we’d love to talk.
